Application fee

• The certification fee starts from ₹2,75,000 + GST. The final fee will be determined based on the size, location, and complexity of the property.
• Application fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been scheduled.

Inspection process

• The inspection will be conducted by a professional team appointed by HM360 Excellence.
• The hotel management must ensure full cooperation during the inspection process.
• The inspection team will evaluate the property based on the established HM360 Excellence criteria.

Certification validity

• The HM360 Excellence Certificate will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
• Renewal of the certification will require a fresh inspection and payment of the applicable fee.

Certification award criteria

• Certification will be awarded only if the property scores 75 points or above during the inspection.
• If the score is below 75 points, the certificate will not be issued.
• However, the property will receive detailed guidelines and professional suggestions for improvement.
• A re-inspection will be scheduled within 30 days after corrective actions have been implemented.
• If the property achieves a passing score in the re-inspection, the certificate will be awarded accordingly.

Usage of certification

• Certified properties will have the right to display the HM360 Excellence Certificate at their premises and on marketing materials.
• Certification details will be listed on the HM360 Excellence Portal and Mobile App.
• Certified properties must not misrepresent the certification status or use the HM360 Excellence mark in a misleading manner.

Termination or suspension

• HM360 Excellence reserves the right to revoke or suspend the certification if the property is found to be in violation of the certification standards or terms.
• Non-compliance with safety, hygiene, or quality standards can lead to termination of certification without refund.

Liability

• HM360 Excellence shall not be liable for any financial loss, reputational damage, or operational impact resulting from the certification process.
• Any disputes arising out of the certification process will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

Confidentiality

• All information provided by the hotel will be kept confidential and used solely for certification and marketing purposes.
• Inspection reports will be accessible only to the property management and HM360 Excellence.
