Certification levels based on scores

After completion of the inspection, hotels will be awarded certification based on the following score levels:

• Gold certification – 75 – 84 points
  High standards of safety, hygiene, and guest service.
• Platinum certification – 85 – 94 points
  Exceptional hospitality performance and operational excellence.
• Palladium certification – 95+ points
  Elite status representing the highest level of hospitality standards.

Certified properties will receive QR-enabled certificates that allow guests to verify the inspection report and certification details in real-time.

Payment details

• Certification fee: Starting from ₹2,75,000 + GST
  (Final price will be offered after evaluating the property based on inspection parameters.)
