Platinum Certification (85-94 Score) – Exceeds industry standards with exceptional hygiene & service.
Palladium Certification (95+ Score) – Top-tier certification with excellence in all categories.

What if my hotel fails the inspection?

Hotels that do not meet the minimum criteria will receive an excellence recommendation report outlining necessary improvements. A re-inspection can be scheduled after implementing the recommended changes.

Is the certification valid permanently?

No. Certification is valid for one year. Annual renewal ensures continued compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Can my hotel be featured on the HM360 Excellence portal?

Yes! Hotels that successfully comply for Certification will automatically qualify for HM360 Excellence Portal, driving direct bookings at a 7% service fee per successful booking.
