The process usually takes 4-6 hours, depending on the hotel’s size. The detailed inspection report is provided within 7-10 days.

No. Certification is valid for one year. Annual renewal ensures continued compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Yes! Hotels that successfully comply for Certification will automatically qualify for HM360 Excellence Portal, driving direct bookings at a 7% service fee per successful booking.
